primaEd FAQ

We normally activate accounts within the first hour of you sending your registration request. 

When you sign up for a primaEd account, you get access to the videos, notes, and audios specific to the subjects you chose. In addition, you get unit tests and assignments for each unit. You cannot advance to a later unit unless you score more than 50% in your tests and assignments.

We are giving the first unit for each course for free. This includes all course material: videos and notes. After completing the unit, you will have to pay USD 10 (or equivalent) to access the full course for that subject for a month. We send you a payment link and we accept EcoCash, PayPal, and bank transfers.

primaEd videos come with notes and summaries that help you follow the lectures.

We want to provide quality teaching to all our clients through our video lectures and support resources but if you feel that you need more help, primaEd can arrange that for you. Get in touch using this form.

Yes, primaEd offers a refund-guarantee for the refund requests sent at most seven days after the payment.
